Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ChickenTinder ("the App") operated by ChickenTinder ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using ChickenTinder, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.
ChickenTinder is a restaurant matching application that allows two linked users to swipe on nearby restaurant options and find a place they both agree on. The App uses your location and Google's Places API to suggest restaurants in your area. Features include:
You must sign in using a valid Google account to use ChickenTinder. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used inappropriately.
You agree to use ChickenTinder only for its intended purpose of restaurant discovery and matching. You agree not to:
Restaurant information displayed in the App is sourced from Google Places API and may not always be accurate, current, or complete. ChickenTinder makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of restaurant listings, hours of operation, availability, or any other information displayed. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided through the App, including visits to restaurants that may be closed, relocated, or otherwise different from what is displayed.
The App may request access to your device's location to provide nearby restaurant suggestions. You can choose to provide a location manually instead. By granting location access, you consent to the transmission of your approximate location to Google's Places API for the purpose of restaurant search. You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings.
With your permission, the App may send push notifications to your device regarding session activity and restaurant matches. You can disable push notifications at any time through the App's Settings menu or your device's notification settings.
The ChickenTinder name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ChickenTinder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.
ChickenTinder integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In and Google Places API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
ChickenTinder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChickenTinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChickenTinder and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Oklahoma. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ChickenTinder regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
